Therapeutic Services

Home-based/Outpatient services include comprehensive assessment, individual/family/group therapy, rehabilitative services, recovery support services, and case management. Our staff is composed of highly trained, experienced, culturally competent, professionals and practitioners that coordinate services with other providers. ERI professionals utilize resources within a participants extended family and community such as, county workers, schools, doctors, mentors, personal care assistants, churches, and any other parties with a vested interest in the success of the participant and family. Additionally, consultation, support and direct service is available from the multidisciplinary team of professionals at Eagle Ridge Institute.

If you are a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LADC or under supervision, ERI would invite you to join our team of contract professionals. In addition, ERI welcomes contract Case Managers and Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Specialists to join our team.
